Blues Farm Publishing presents... Vol. 1008 August & September were busy months on all accounts for BFR. The weather is still nice going into October and Mark Kelley took advantage of that with lots of outdoor shows. Sansietch joined him for a couple shows at North Pointe Auto just in front of Walmart in Clovis. They played on the riser overlooking Prince Street and the traffic was intense. Many folks slowed down to listen and honk (although not always in time!) We appreciate all the fans that came out to support our acts and hope they had a good time. By the way, Blues Farm Records would like to introduce you to Mark's new drummer Kody. He's been working hard on the set and already has a couple shows under his belt. We are pleased to welcome him to the BFR family and hope he gets to shows on time (inside joke!) Our local Clovis concert series continued and Mark Kelley let everyone get to know him by playing shows at the fairgrounds in support of the Equestrian Special Olympics. What a fun day, and anytime they want us back we'll be there to support them. Mark also let 'em have it out at the High Plains Speedway, and he and new drummer Kody Vigil gave them some extra jamming after the show. Both Clovis radio stations 99.1 KCLV and 105.9 KSEL have been spinning Mark's new track "What A Beautiful Night". If you haven't heard it yet call in and request it! We can always use your support. Look for another track off the debut CD on both stations soon. Mark and his wife Amy are expecting in December ... as you can see. Blues Farm Records wishes them all the best and we're excited to meet the new guy. Mark needs a bass player right now so we'll get him up and running as fast as possible! Congratulations to them both! Oh, boy! Sansietch's new CD, New Mexico Son, is finally finished. It's loaded with southern rock style slide and awesome guitar playing as usual. There are 11 tracks and only one is instrumental so get ready to sing along. Clovis and the southwest in general, as well as outlaw and old west themes are all present. We see this as an artistic achievement that will turn on fans for a long time to come. You can get a copy of the CD right away by going to http://sansietchrocks.webs.com/ BFR has also put together merchandise pages through CafePress, so if you're looking for t-shirts, mugs, stickers or posters....lots of stuff, visit your favorite artists' site and check out the merchandise page to get yours. The t-shirts we've ordered are 100% cotton and look real nice. BFR wants fans to help build the label. Hey, why not? If ya'll know of any bands looking for a great indie, and they have originalmaterial, then send 'em our way. Tell 'em we're The Little Label That Could. And thanks. Visit Us At
